Applicants must meet the professional qualifications in one of the following categories:
Judicial Officers: Retired Judges of the Supreme Court, High Courts, or District Courts.
Advocates: Practising advocates with significant experience in
commercial/financial laws and arbitration.
Chartered Accountants: Members of the ICAI with experience in financial disputes, auditing, or forensic accounting.
Engineers: Certified engineers with expertise in construction, infrastructure, or technical contracts.
Other Experts: Maritime professionals, Company Secretaries, technical experts and Industry specialists with specialised knowledge relevant to commercial disputes
